Entry in advance is £10 for members of affiliated athletic/running clubs, and £12 for unaffiliated runners.

Advance online entries can be submitted through Event Entry (click on the logo below) up to Saturday 24th June. Note that all race numbers should be collected on the day (Race HQ will be open from 9:00am).

Entries will be accepted on race day provided the race limit of 200 runners has not been reached (£12 affiliated, £14 unaffiliated for on-the-day entries).

All entrants must be at least 16 years of age on the race date. Regrettably the course is not suitable for wheelchair competitors or pushchairs.
